ANZ HOT SHOTS
ANZ Tennis Hot Shots is tennis for kids! It’s a program designed to help every child, no matter their age or ability, jump in and start playing tennis.
ANZ Tennis Hot Shots is played on smaller courts with modified equipment, including lighter racquets, lower nets and low compression balls that don’t bounce too high. With four fun stages (Blue, Red, Orange and Green), the FDT coaches will help guide your kids every step of the way.
adult & women’s programs
FDT offer a large range of Adult Coaching Classes at all our venues. No matter whether your a beginner or advanced competition player there will be something for you. All classes cover both the technical and tactical side of the game with classes available during most mornings and also evenings. Private and Semi-Private Lessons are available 7 days a week and we also run weekly FAST4 In House Competitions for those players looking to compete in a fun, exciting format. Junior Squads
Our Performance Squads cover all tactical elements of the game by following our Training Block model over the course of the year. There is also a strong emphasis on athletic development and ongoing technical analysis. Our most committed and dedicated players are most suited to these squads.
